• Adoption of the minutes of the 2024 annual general meeting
• Review of 2024 activities
• Presentation/adoption of the 2024 financial statements
• Adoption of chartered accountants for 2025
• Board nominations:
  • Nominated to begin two-year terms: Marcus Brandt, Helen Heacock-Rivers, Simone Kallner, Jack Micner, Ken Miller, Joshua Sorin, Al Szajman, Corinne Zimmerman
